Versatile Air Cushion Production

Capable of supplying up to four workstations simultaneously, the AirWave PW1 generates a variety of AirWave air cushions suitable for different packaging needs. It supports production of filler films up to 210mm wide and wrapper films up to 420mm wide, making it ideal for cushioning products of various sizes and shapes.

Adjustable Settings for Optimised Output

The system is programmable for four different film types and allows adjustments to air volume and temperature, ensuring the air cushions are tailored to specific protection requirements. Features like the lock function and power-save mode add convenience and energy efficiency during operation.

User-Friendly and Approved for Safety

Equipped with Bluetooth control compatible with Android and iOS devices, the AirWave PW1 enables easy management and monitoring from mobile platforms. The machine meets CE, ETL, and RoHS certifications, guaranteeing compliance with safety and environmental standards. A service drawer stocked with essential spare parts, including Teflon bands, a fuse, and a blade, simplifies maintenance and minimises downtime.

Operating at a production speed of 9 metres per minute, the system ensures fast turnaround for packaging lines. It supports both 230V and 115V power supplies, allowing flexibility in various work environments. Additional sensors and accessories are available separately to enhance functionality.
