Thank you for visiting and shopping at hub-packaging.com. Below are the terms and conditions that make up our Shipping Policy.


Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed by 1:00 PM (Monday–Friday) will be dispatched the same day. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

During periods of high order volume, shipments may be delayed. In such cases, we will notify you via email or telephone.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Island of Ireland (Republic of Ireland & Northern Ireland)

  • Flat Rate: £15 (ex VAT) on orders below £250
  • FREE Shipping: On orders of £250 or more (ex VAT)
  • Delivery Estimate: 1–2 business days

Great Britain (England, Scotland & Wales)

  • Flat Rate: £24.99 (ex VAT) on all orders, regardless of order value
  • Delivery Estimate: 3–5 business days
Note: Due to our shipping location, free delivery is not available for orders shipped to Great Britain.


Heavy Product Shipping Fees
Some products classified as heavy, oversized, or palletised may incur an additional per-product shipping fees.

  • These charges will be clearly displayed on the product page
  • At checkout, you will see these charges itemised in the shipping summary
Fees vary depending on product size, weight, quantity, and delivery method.


Delivery Restrictions
Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to the following areas:

  • Scottish Highlands
  • Outer Hebrides
  • Shetland and Orkney Islands
  • Channel Islands
  • Isle of Wight
  • Isle of Man
  • Any other offshore UK locations
Some items may also be restricted based on location or handling requirements. Product pages will display any relevant delivery limitations.


Order Confirmation & Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email or phone call once your order has been processed. Tracking details (where available) will be provided.


Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Hub-packaging.com is not responsible for any customs, duties, or taxes applied to your order. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.


Damages & Claims
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt. Include photos of the damage and retain all packaging materials.

We will arrange a refund, replacement, or credit (at our discretion) for any goods deemed unsuitable for use.

International Shipping
We currently do not ship outside the UK and Ireland.
