The Ripack® 2500F is a fixed-station shrink-wrapping solution designed for frequent and controlled packaging tasks. Built around the trusted Ripack 2500 heat gun, this kit is ideal for facilities where consistency and durability are priorities.
The Ripack 2500 offers a power range of 34 to 60 kW, delivering sufficient heat for a wide variety of film types and load sizes. Operated at pressures between 1.5 and 3.5 bars, the system allows stable flame control while remaining lightweight at just 940g. It consumes propane at a rate of 2.2 to 4 kg per hour and maintains a low noise output of under 85 dBA, making it suitable for continuous use in industrial environments.
Optimised Hose Management
A key feature of the Ripack 2500F kit is its 15-metre hose reel, engineered for both reach and reliability. The reel includes an articulated 120-degree pivot arm to minimise wear during use and protect the hose from damage. The multi-position ratchet system helps to secure the hose at required lengths, while the 1.5-metre connection hose ensures compatibility with propane supply systems. At 16kg, the reel is robust enough for static use without compromising mobility during installation.
