The Ripack® 3000F is a high-performance shrink-wrapping solution designed for fixed workstations with intensive use in mind.
The Ripack 3000 offers an output of 45 to 80 kW, making it one of the most powerful shrink guns available.
Operating within a pressure range of 1.5 to 3.5 bars and weighing only 1250g, it balances heavy-duty performance with user control. Gas consumption ranges from 3.06 to 5.41 kg/hr, making it suitable for high-volume output without frequent interruptions. The system supports propane as standard, with natural gas options available on request.
A built-in Securipak regulator ensures safe pressure management during use, offering reliability and peace of mind in demanding settings. The design also features cold nozzle technology, allowing the heat diffuser to remain safe to handle during operation.
Integrated Hose Reel System
This fixed workstation kit includes a 15-metre gas hose reel with an articulated 120-degree support arm, reducing hose strain and extending equipment life. A multi-position ratchet lets users lock the hose at the ideal length for safe and convenient handling, helping to keep work areas tidy and efficient. A 1.5-metre connection hose is also included, enabling quick integration into your gas setup.
