Ripack® 3000M - Heat Shrinking Tool Kit

The Ripack 3000M heat shrinking tool kit delivers power, precision, and portability for industrial shrink wrap applications. Designed for high-volume operations, this complete mobile system enables fast and consistent shrink wrapping in any location, supported by a durable gas bottle trolley and essential accessories.

Powerful Heat Shrink System for On-the-Go Use

At the heart of the kit is the Ripack 3000 heat tool, offering a variable power output from 45 to 80 kW. This allows for fast heat application across a range of film thicknesses and materials. With its lightweight 1250g design and sub-85 dBA noise level, it ensures operator comfort during extended use. It runs on propane (or natural gas upon request), providing strong heat performance without the limitations of electric power.

The included Securipack regulator ensures a safe and consistent gas flow, enhancing operational control and safety. Gas consumption ranges from 3.06 to 5.41 kg/hr, depending on use intensity and settings. The kit is compatible with a selection of tool extensions (up to 187 cm), giving operators the flexibility to access hard-to-reach or tall wrap zones.

Mobile Packing Solution

The Ripack 936 trolley makes this system fully mobile, designed to hold a 13kg propane bottle. Featuring two wheels and an integrated hose support, it allows users to move their shrink station where needed. With overall dimensions of 520 x 520 x 2210mm and a net weight of 10.2kg (excluding gas), the trolley ensures ease of transport and efficient storage.
