Ripack® Calpack Pallet Raiser

The Ripack Calpack Pallet Raiser is designed to provide a consistent elevation platform for palletised goods, improving shrink wrap coverage during heat application. It creates a clearance beneath the pallet, allowing shrink film to wrap securely underneath for a tight and professional seal.

Improved Access and Application

With a low-profile height of 50mm, this pallet raiser supports standard Euro and industrial pallet sizes (80 x 120cm and 100 x 120cm), making it highly adaptable for warehouse or packaging environments. By raising the pallet slightly off the floor, operators gain full access to all sides, including the base, enabling effective heat sealing using heat shrink systems.

Robust Construction

Built with durability in mind, the Calpack Raiser features an epoxy-painted steel body that offers resistance to wear and corrosion. The platform measures 1000mm x 900mm, with a total weight of 12kg, ensuring it remains stable throughout operation without excessive bulk.

Fitted with Erlaton wheels, the raiser can be repositioned when needed, offering a level of mobility that allows for flexible use across different shrink wrapping stations or production lines.
