The Ripack® Gas Hose Reel is a robust solution for managing gas hose lines in shrink-wrapping operations.
Fitted with an automatic retraction mechanism, this hose reel prevents dragging or looping of the hose during operation, helping to avoid wear on the hose and reducing trip hazards around your packing area. A built-in ratchet system lets users lock the hose at the desired length, giving more control and stability when working at various distances from the gas source. One quick pull and the hose retracts smoothly into the reel for tidy storage.

With a 15-metre hose and a 4-metre connection side, the hose reel is well suited for static or semi-mobile shrink-wrapping stations. Its steel body, coated with durable epoxy paint, offers solid protection against impact, dust and general wear. Measuring 210 x 495 x 475 mm and weighing 16 kg, it mounts securely and stands up to repeated industrial use. Ideal for use with propane cylinders up to 33 kg in size.
