The Ripack Multicover 960 Film Sealing Machine is a manual solution designed for creating tailored shrink film covers directly on-site. Suited to industrial or warehouse settings, this equipment allows users to seal heat shrinkable polyethylene films securely around goods and pallets, reducing the need to stock multiple pre-cut sizes.
Versatile Film Handling
Designed to work with two rolls of shrink film simultaneously, the Multicover 960 accommodates reels up to 2.2 metres in length. Its modular reel positions allow flexibility depending on the user’s layout or film requirements. Each reel can hold up to 50kg of material, supporting both small and large-scale packaging tasks.
Precision and Efficiency
The sealing process is activated manually and is compatible with heat generated by a shrink gun. The machine delivers a secure weld, protecting palletised items during storage and transport. With adjustable welding width and reel bar length, this unit can be configured for various load sizes and packaging conditions.
